Green Vegetarian Baozi (素包子)



I remember the first time I bit into this green vegetarian baozi at this Chinese restaurant, I instantly became enamored by the infinite number of possibilities you could undertake to embellish a traditional recipe. Food truly is an open ended reserve of creative boundlessness-- but of course, even then it hinges on basic cooking principles.
